The next Anger Management Course conducted by Mackay Baptist Care is commencing 1st February. This popular course - "Alternatives to Anger" is held over a six-week period, for three hours each week. Participants will get insight into the dynamics of conflict and consequences, and learn new strategies for dealing with conlflict. Book your place by calling the office on 4944 0268. |
